Mandev Kaur.jpg

Mandev Kaur

Mandev's journey with Kundalini Yoga started in 2007 when she was struggling with health problems and was looking for a change in her life. Initially she couldn’t practice physically and so her first Sadhana (daily practice) was Japji Sahib, a spiritual poem by Guru Nanak. Through daily meditation with Shabd Guru she started recognising what steps she should take towards her health and life. 4 years later she fully recovered with natural therapies and decided to move to London to qualify as a Naturopath and to study Kundalini Yoga in more depth. Since early beginnings she realised the importance of Sadhana and Yogic Lifestyle, and so today she uses her experience to teach others how to progress and dwell into transformative Kundalini Yoga practice. Her enthusiasm for Kundalini Yoga is growing with each year. Currently she us studying for Level II Teacher Training with Karam Kriya School.

Mandev teaches on Monday 6.30pm, Thursday 10.00am (women’s class) and together with Southall Sangat on Sunday Sadhana at 5.00am.
