KY Southall is a yoga studio based in West London founded in 2005. Dedicated to sharing the practice of Kundalini Yoga and the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.


Updesh Kaur is very enthusiastic about the healing qualities of Kundalini Yoga. Related to Kundalini yoga, Kundalini Meditation and Mantra, sound healing with Gong. Updesh works with the feminine Goddess energies Her additional experience includes: Level 1 & 2 Gong Practitioner, Level 2 Kundalini Yoga. Previously spent 5 years as Publicity & Enquiry Officer for White Tantra in London. 2 years as Seva & Sangat officer on KYTA committee. 1 year Trustee and committee member GRDP Charity. Updesh Kaur practising Kundalini yoga since 2003/4 teaching since 2009. Email

Gurmail Singh is the co-director of KYSouthall, a dedicated Kundalini Yoga Centre established in 2005. Each first Sunday of the month, he runs a Men only workshop 2-5 pm called Man to Man. His passion is to share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He is qualified to teach adults, teens & children.

His motto is: Get together, obey together, pray together & stay together.

Manjit Kaur’s passion for complementary therapy led her to become a therapist, formerly a secondary school Mathematics teacher. She has a passion for sharing knowledge, only now it is channelled into teaching Reiki and Kundalini Yoga, as well as sharing health tips and empowerment techniques with her clients.

Rashpal Kaur is a devoted yogini, who made a life changing journey to India to train as a kundalini yoga teacher with 3HO. Her passion is to teach what she is called to learn. She is an experienced teacher of 12 years who guides through intuitive feminine intelligence. She runs workshops, retreats and meditation intensives. She is the founder and co-producer of a Not For Profit Women’s Yoga Retreat. She is also a Coach, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Well Woman Yoga Therapy teacher, holding a monthly women’s yoga circle around the new moon.
