Updesh Kaur is very enthusiastic about the healing qualities of Kundalini Yoga. Related to Kundalini yoga, Kundalini Meditation and Mantra, sound healing with Gong. Updesh works with the feminine Goddess energies Her additional experience includes: Level 1 & 2 Gong Practitioner, Level 2 Kundalini Yoga. Previously spent 5 years as Publicity & Enquiry Officer for White Tantra in London. 2 years as Seva & Sangat officer on KYTA committee. 1 year Trustee and committee member GRDP Charity. Updesh Kaur practising Kundalini yoga since 2003/4 teaching since 2009. Email

Gurmail Singh

Gurmail Singh is the co-director of KYSouthall, a dedicated Kundalini Yoga Centre established in 2005. Each first Sunday of the month, he runs a Men only workshop 2-5 pm called Man to Man. His passion is to share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He is qualified to teach adults, teens & children.

His motto is: Get together, obey together, pray together & stay together.

Manjit Kaur

Manjit Kaur’s passion for complementary therapy led her to become a therapist, formerly a secondary school Mathematics teacher. She has a passion for sharing knowledge, only now it is channelled into teaching Reiki and Kundalini Yoga, as well as sharing health tips and empowerment techniques with her clients.

Rashpal Kaur

Rashpal Kaur is a devoted yogini, who made a life changing journey to India to train as a kundalini yoga teacher with 3HO. Her passion is to teach what she is called to learn. She is an experienced teacher of 12 years who guides through intuitive feminine intelligence. She runs workshops, retreats and meditation intensives. She is the founder and co-producer of a Not For Profit Women’s Yoga Retreat. She is also a Coach, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Well Woman Yoga Therapy teacher, holding a monthly women’s yoga circle around the new moon. 


Sat Siri Singh

Sat Siri Singh has been teaching Kundalini Yogasince 2003, he is also a KY trainer, Minister for Sikh Dharma, and musician. He finds fulfilment by studying and practicing the spiritual teachings, its everyday life application, and by serving people to find well-being and fulfilment. He is Level 2 certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), and member of the UK Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA). His passion is to study, apply and share the teachings of Gurbani and other sacred scriptures.

Gopal Amrit Kaur

Gopal Amrit Kaur is a KRI teacher who Inspires and motivates her students to explore the limits of their physical body, and the connection with their own light. She is very knowledgeable with regard to postures, and encourages students to express themselves in order to achieve their personal transformation. Whilst she has, for many years, practised a variety of yoga styles, her heart resonates most deeply with the Kundalini Yoga, which she has been practising since 1998. She is a dedicated teacher and is passionate about bringing the benefits of Kundalini Yoga and Gong Her teaching is inspired by kindness, compassion and honesty.Gopal Amrit is also a Metatronic healer. 

Jaswant Singh

Jaswant Singh has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2012. In 2016 Jaswant embarked on a life changing journey, completing his level 1 KRI teacher training. Jaswant manages the monthly One for the Heart Workshops in Southall. Jaswant holds a weekly kids yoga class at a Gurdwara in West London, introducing the technology of Kundalini Yoga to the next generation. Jaswant has a keen passion for travel and adventure, and welcoming new experiences in life. Jaswant has an academic and professional background in IT and Business.
