Saturday 1st December - Reducing Fear of Birth
Saturday 8th December - Overcoming Tiredness & Fatigue
Saturday 15th December -Self Love & Healing
Classes are suitable for all Pregnant ladies from the 2nd trimester, right up to birth. We welcome all beginners and experienced pregnant Mamas. If this is your first time doing yoga that is absolutely fine. You will be guided through the postures & techniques during each of the sessions.
