12th Jan - Welcoming Motherhood
19th Jan - Relieving Pregnancy Discomfort
26th Jan - Managing Stress during Pregnancy
2nd Feb - Preparation for Birth
Classes are suitable for all Pregnant ladies from the 2nd trimester, right up to birth. We welcome all beginners and experienced pregnant Mamas. If this is your first time doing yoga that is absolutely fine. You will be guided through the postures & techniques during each of the sessions.
