Morning Kundalini Yoga Foundation with Mandev Kaur

This 8 week course sets strong foundation for Kundalini Yoga practice and is good refresher for a regular students. A course is designed in the way that you can join any time. Each class will have dedicated theme and would be a complete class where you will practice kriyas, pranayama, mantras and meditations. After each class you will receive home-study electronic handouts with themes covered in the class.

This course is dedicated both to beginners and regular Kundalini Yoga students.

Subjects to be covered during the whole course:

  • Roots of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan
  • What is kundalini, nadis, chakras (basic subtle anatomy)
  • Kriya, Asana, Bandha and their role in practice
  • Pranayama and breathing techniques for the times
  • 3 Minds and Meditation
  • Mantra and Naad Yoga
  • Sadhana – daily practice
  • Yogic Lifestyle

In parallel the same course will be thought on Monday evenings 6.30pm, start: 3rd September. To complete your 8 classes you can catch up with alternative dates.
