Beginners Kundalini Yoga Course with Mandev Kaur

New 8-week course with Mandev Kaur is dedicated to both absolute beginners as well as intermediate students of Kundalini Yoga.

In eight, 90-minute sessions participants will practice and study in detail essential Kundalini Yoga techniques that will set a strong fundament to build their further practice. Themes of the classes include but are not limited to: Mantra and Shabd Guru, Asana & Kriya, Subtle anatomy, Pranayama, Mind & Meditation, Stress, Relaxation, Humanology and Kundalini Yoga (Dharmic) Lifestyle.

In each class different kriyas, meditation and mantras will be taught to give an idea about vastness of Yogi Bhajan teachings shared with humanity to victoriously face day-to-day challenges of life.

Students can join at any time of the course.
