A six week course of Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations to bring a happier healthier relationship with yourself, others and the world.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. As you build this awareness, this consciousness, it gives you the ability to see clearly how you relate and whether it serves you. The course focuses on creating kinder more respectful and loving relationships, particularly with yourself! All levels are welcome including beginners.
The course includes kriyas and meditations to:
Build a stable base in the body to give a sense of belonging and security
Balance the heart and mind and bring a kinder relationship with yourself
Improve communication and the way you connect with others
Give you the core strength to stand in your power.
Strengthen the aura to protect you from negativity and increase your magnetism
Focus on meditation, chanting and prayer that brings you into the sense of oneness. Developing your relationship and connection with universal consciousness.
