Kundalini Yoga Beginners Course

Sat Nam. Kundalini Yoga Beginners Course is a 10-week programme of Kundalini Yoga foundations. Each session is 90-minute and can be taken individually or as a part of complete programme.

This course will give you strong basics if you are taking your first steps in Kundalini Yoga and will establish confident and safe practice of transformative yogic teachings. 

This course is also excellent opportunity for all other levels of practitioners and Teacher Training trainees to crystalize your practice and bring more awareness to areas such as subtle & western anatomy, yogic lifestyle, special teachings for men and women.

The content will cover some traditional yoga basics such as 8 limbs of Yogasubtle anatomy or asanas commonly used in Kundalini Yoga, but the main focus will be on Kundalini Yoga specifics such as kriyaspranayamasmantrasmeditations andyogic lifestyle as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Course will be delivered by Mandev Kaur, Kundalini Yoga instructor and Naturopath with over a 10 years of Kundalini Yoga practice experience. This classes will provide much advice and shared personal experience on how to implement and build a steady sadhana (daily morning practice) and other Kundalini Yoga practices in your daily life - at home, work and business - that will make your life healthier, happier and more elevated.
