Kundalini Meditation Series: Meaningful Relationships, When is enough enough?
Whether you are single and looking for “the one,” or you are in a relationship and want to elevate it, you can use Kundalini yoga to develop conscious relationships with yourself and others.
During the month of September Thursday evening classes will allow you to look honestly at yourself. We all tend to be aware of places where we can improve, whether it is in communication skills, developing patience, or being more responsible so you can develop higher and conscious relationships with others.
Because of the hustle and bustle of the 21st century, it's even more important than ever to have truly meaningful types of relationships.
These Kundalini Yoga classes will explore breath techniques (pranayama), postures (asanas) and meditations to help you cultivate awareness towards a conscious relationship with yourself.
No matter where you are in your personal practice as a beginner or more experienced or if you are simply looking for peace of mind, mental clarity, relaxation or searching to deepen your level of spiritual awakening, these classes are for everyone where you will allow yourself to relax, let go and reconnect.
During our time together Gabrielle will lead you through breath work exercises, a specific Kundalini Yoga Kriya (yoga postures set) and related meditations to help enhance your relationships and intimacy with others and yourself.
