This workshop focuses on creating a safe space for anyone who feels the call to journey into healing, self care and for those who struggle with mental health.
Our practice explores creating shifts within the body and mind, instilling calm, allowing for release of stress and anxiety, whilst keeping grounded.
Beginning with Yoga, we then flow into Meditation working with the Heart Chakra, followed by deep relaxation with Gong Bath and Yoga Nidra.
This is a supportive and empowering environment, suitable for beginners and all levels.
