This workshop focuses on creating a safe space for anyone who feels the call to journey into healing, self care and restoration.
Our practice explores creating shifts within the body and mind, instilling calm, allowing for release of stress and anxiety, whilst keeping grounded.
Beginning with Yoga, we then flow into Meditation, followed by deep relaxation with Gong Bath and Yoga Nidra.
This is a supportive and empowering environment, suitable for all levels.
